FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you charge for estimates?

We do not charge for estimates, however there may be a small fee for design services if applicable. Typically we start with a preliminary estimate to make sure the project cost is within budget, and then nail down a more detailed/finalized estimate from there.

Will you be using subcontractors?

We have a combination of both in-house employees and quality subcontractors at our disposal. For larger projects, we may use subcontractors at specific stages. However, for most projects 90% or more of the work being performed will be by our own employees.

How long does a typical remodel take?

The duration of your remodel project can vary significantly based on the final agreed upon scope of work. However, as a general rule of thumb:

- Bathroom Remodels (3-6 weeks)
- Kitchen Remodels (4-8 weeks)

The above-described timelines would be for full-scale remodel. Lighter cosmetic renovations can be much quicker.
