What types of jobs can your handymen handle?

Our handymen can handle a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

- general carpentry
- rot repair
- drywall repair
- furniture assembly
- & much more

There's very little we can't assist with. In some cases, we will assign a specialist (such as a dedicated drywalled or painter) depending on your entire scope of work.

Are your handymen licensed and insured?

Unlike plumbing and electrical work, there are no individual licensing requirements for the "handyman" occupation. However, our business is fully licensed, bonded, and insured and each technician is vetted and trained to deliver high quality work.

We do not offer plumbing or electrical work via our handymen. However, we can assist with plumbing/electrical projects through our licensed subcontractors.

How much do you charge per hour?

Majority of our projects are quoted on a flat-rate basis. This means that:

1. A customer submits a work request.
‍
2. We evaluate the job either via pictures or an on-site consultation.
‍
3. A quote is written detailing the entire scope of work and all associated costs, including labor and materials.

This is considered a "flat-rate" quote and the price is guaranteed for the agreed upon scope of work, regardless of how long it takes. This allows for customers to know exactly what something is going to cost without any surprises.

However, we also offer T&M (time and materials) agreements. In this situation, a customer submits a work request and we dispatch a technician to perform the work. The customer is then charged on a hourly basis plus any associated material costs.

Hourly rates can vary slightly, however rates range from $90 to $100/hr. We do charge travel time one-way.
